Amazon Gift Card Giveaway Rules

  1. Eligibility:

    • Open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

    • Employees of Java Planet Organic Coffee Roasters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Giveaway Period:

    • The giveaway begins on August 10th and ends on 31 January 2025. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Participants must enter their email address via the entry form on the giveaway landing page.

    • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  4. Prize:

    • One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.

    • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification:

    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 10 days after the giveaway ends.

    • The winner will be notified via email within 10 days of the drawing.

    • The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

  6. General Conditions:

    • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Java Planet Organic Coffee Roasters, which are final and binding.

    • Java Planet Organic Coffee Roasters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Java Planet Organic Coffee Roasters reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

  7. Privacy:

    • Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and in accordance with Java Planet Organic Coffee Roasters Privacy Policy.

  8. Limitation of Liability:

    • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless [Your Company Name], its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

  9. Governing Law:

    • The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

This is the only coffee I will drink now. I’m on an animal based diet and have to be very particular with what I consume or my psoriasis will flare up. That being said I just can’t give up my coffee. This coffee is amazing and causes no issues for me and I love it. Ground coarse is the way to go if you use a traditional coffee maker in my opinion unless you have time to grind it up yourself. This coffee is a game changer. Love it.

DELICIOUS and Did Not Disappoint

I’ve tried other organic coffee delivery services and this one is definitely the winner! When it arrived and I opened the box, the inviting aroma of premium coffee filled my house for hours. The cost is very reasonable and the coffee is delicious. Other coffees may also be gentle on the stomach, but this is the first brand I’ve found that doesn’t sacrifice its flavor to be so.
