REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to have you love our coffee and products! If for some reason you are not satisfied contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can make it right!
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We can then decide if your item should be returned, replaced or simply refunded.
We only refund the cost of the product – not the cost of shipping.
If an item needs to be returned, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return it.
Refunds will be credited based on the payment type used at the time of the purchase. Depending on the type of payment used, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.
