It is often roasted the same day it shipped, however we guarantee it won't be more than 2 weeks from roast date.
We ship orders the next business day. Depending on where you live and the shipping carrier you chose the coffee should arrive in 1-10 days. Tracking details are emailed to you so you can track your order.
We strongly recommend purchasing whole bean and grinding before you brew for the most flavor. However we do offer ground coarse, drip or espresso options on our product pages.

We do third party test the coffee to ensure they are free of mold and mycotoxins. You can see those results here.
Although some of our coffees, like Costa Rica, say on the description "hints of chocolate" or "fruit notes" these flavors are naturally occurring - similar to the tasting notes of wine.
We do produce flavored coffees. These coffees are flavored with organic certified oils that use organic cane alcohol, organic glycerin and organic flavors (derived from plant, vegetable or fruit material and does not contain any artificial or synthetic additives)
We roast only coffee in our USDA organic certified facility, and no other food products are allowed in that area and thus the coffee is allergen free.
The organic flavorings used in our falvored coffees are also made without allergens in a USDA certified facility and thus is allergen free.
Our decaf is swiss water processed.
We recommend 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water depending on how fine you are grinding the coffee and which brew method you are using. If you find your coffee is bitter or sour you can adjust the grind to be larger and/or decrease the amount of grounds to water ratio.

We only refund the cost of the product – not the cost of shipping. If an item needs to be returned, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return it.
Refunds will be credited based on the payment type used at the time of the purchase. Depending on the type of payment used, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.
