Does your flavored coffee contain actual alcohol?
No. While we use Organic Cane Alcohol as a carrier for our flavors, it is used strictly to help the botanical extracts bond to the coffee beans. Because alcohol has a very low boiling point, it completely evaporates the moment your hot water hits the grounds during brewing. Your brewed cup is 100% non-alcoholic and safe for all ages.
What exactly are your "Natural Flavors"?
We know "natural flavors" can be a vague term, so we keep ours simple: our flavors are derived entirely from fruit and vegetable matter. We never use synthetic chemicals, artificial preservatives, or "hidden" lab-made ingredients. It is a clean, plant-based way to enjoy your favorite flavors alongside our organic beans.
What is Organic Glycerin, and why is it in my coffee?
While glycerin is often found in beauty products, we use Food-Grade Organic Glycerin derived from plant oils. In coffee, it acts as a natural "binder" that helps our organic fruit and vegetable flavors adhere to the roasted beans without using synthetic solvents (like propylene glycol). It is soy-free, gluten-free, and keto-friendly.
Does the flavoring add sugar or calories?
No. Our organic flavorings provide a rich aroma and taste without adding sugar, carbs, or calories to your brewed cup. While our botanical extracts are held in a base of organic glycerin, the amount used per cup is so small that it is considered zero-calorie. You get all the indulgence of the flavor profile with none of the guilt.
We roast in small batches five days a week to bring out the full, balanced flavor of these Colombian beans. No mass production – just careful attention to each roast.
