My daughter gave us this gift set & it has been such a treat. My favorite is the Guatemala & my husband the Sumatra. I hate to admit I am a coffee snob!!! I won't drink it after it has been made for more 30 minutes setting on the burner. I HATE that burnt flavor & I don't have the gut for it. I appreciate the energy put into carefully roasting for a broad audience. Thank you for your time & attention.

Dark Sumatra not very dark

The roast is not very dark but Tasty it could have a little more of roast but I will get it again
